Could the water be coming from the marker lights? If so, how do you take them off and reseal. Or should the dealer do it.

Thanks,

Coach

Yes, The seals go bad once in a while. I had mine changed out after a good couple days of rain. The dealership took care of it.(Under warranty) also swapped out my 04 mirrors for new 06's.

Black RTV around the seal will work. That's probably what Hall will do anyway.

Unfortunately I am out of warranty. How do you remove the lights to put RTV on them?

A phillips head screw driver. Then lift the light off. You'll see the rubber gasket underneath with the wires passing through. Make sure the gasket is seated properly first, if not, that's you problem. Then black RTV the heck out of it.

I will. I think I saw your truck (the new SUT) in the parking lot off laskin before Christmas. I was shopping with my wife and showed it to her. She wants an SUT now. Thanks A lot http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif Actually it was at Hilltop.

Take Care, Coach

Mine gets her nails did somewhere around there and lives at the Fresh Market. I found a six pack of beer there that was priced near $50 a SIX pack. Good food though.
