stock Cd player broke. will not eject the cd's in it or load new ones into the remaining slots. will not play cd's either. after messing with it now says no discs even in it?

dealer said they can only replace entire unit and also cannot open it to retireve the cds.

suggestions?

Buy a new Nav or new radio and "open" it yourself and retrieve the CDs.

That is the exact reason why I always load a burned copy and keep the origional tucked away safe!

My player did that once. Did you try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes?
