Our First Lifted H3

Here are some pictures of our first lifted H3, It was done in house using the Rancho Lift. Ride is pretty stiff but there is very little tire noise and it tracks very well down the road. NO rubbing when turning from stop to stop. The Wheels are Moto Metal 950 (20x10 5" BS) with Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ 35 X 13.50 R 20.

They do stick out a bit, it is hard to tell from these shots. I will get some that show it better. The hard part is the back spacing on the wheels with this kit has to be under 5" on the 20" wheels and under 4.5" on a smaller wheel to clear the new knuckels.

Personally, I don't like 20" rims on the H3. They just don't look right. Those first rims in an 18" would probably look sweet though. The second rims don't look like they belong on a truck at all.

Cool, I really would like to see more pics and talk with you about the ride quality more in depth VS stock setup.

The wheels are okay, but the Toyo Proxes ST tires SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK in the rain and snow. I have them on a 03 Pathfinder, they're horrible.

I just saw this little beast tonight and stopped by to take a look. Although the $45k price tag is a little steep. It has turned out to be a real crowd pleaser. If I do it again it will be with a different wheel and tire combo. I got stuck having to use these as the availability was limited on the right wheels and tires. Just as a warning to anyone who gets a lift you have to have wheels with no more than 5" back spacing for 20" and no more than 4.5" BS with anything smaller.
