If I remember correctly, we used the trim ring that came with the gmk 422 and did have to modify it just slightly to fit. We used a GMK380 as a template for the mount holes and their positions. Then we used the palstic double din brackets from the 422 with mount tabs made from thick back strap. Came out pretty nice. I like the job that you did--looks very clean. Just curious, does your chime replacement module do all the chimes or just some of them? We have been having issues as of late where some chimes (low fuel, pass door ajar) are not sounded out.

Do me a favor, open a door with the car in gear and let me know if you hear that chime. Or the next time you run low on fuel and the yellow warning light comes on you should hear a chime for that as well. We have been having problems withb those particualr chimes and both Soundgate and Peripheral acknowledge the problem but basically say they can't do anything about it right now. Then I ahve the ulra picky customer that is just going to die because one lousy chime is not happening!!!
