Maybe call Shawn at Angry Iron. He's in GA and does a lot of custom stuff for H1s and H2s and probably would know who to go to.

Millers Powdercoating in Lilburn does excellent work. What I've seen of their work has all been flawless. They are geared towards the automotive aftermarket and can handle what you're looking for most likely.
