Just one word. Buy in Queen Creek. Thats where this mountain is. Just one of them. Freeway being built to Phx. My son just bought there. Yery nice area alllll new. $130k to $500k. East valley Phx area. I had fun that day. my first 4wd off roading. They build houses 20k at time. I'm not kiding!!! In two weeks , where I live Gilbert there was 20k permits sold in two weeks. Still east valley.
