Maybe, try unplugging the horn under the hood and turn the key on and try to honk for a few minutes.
If it blows again, you have a short somewhere before the horn. It could be that the horn itself is grounding out and if that is the case you could go buy a cheap horn at the auto parts store and replace it to see if that is it.
