NO! The charges were never filed and the FBI is holding up the show. They could not get the evidence analyzed in time. CITRUS court is where I have to file cases daily and they are the most uptight asses on the planet. If it is not a slam dunk case, they will not file it until all evidence has been processed.

Just as soon as a few lose ends are wrapped up, he will be indicted and he will be convicted.

Notice even though they appear to to be happy about his release, they are still asking for donations for his DEFENSE. The website was updated today, some 4 days after his release. They know he is going to prison. One piece of evidence they found and the only one I will disclose to this board is that they found two pairs of pants they were covered in different colors of spay paint and oddly enough, it matches ALL THE COLORS used in this incident.

I am not a betting man, but what are the odds?
