SMA update

Just got another bankruptcy notice saying the Trustee is abandoning all property, including inventory, at 421 West Alamed Dr, Tempe, AZ.

So, some SMA stuff might come on Ebay or something in the near future.

The perfect opportunity for a 3rd party to go in there and offer them 20% of the actual inventory value.

I've seen it, done it, and it works on most bankruptcy cases.
