I have added a few more things to my boulder gray, like the cross bars, a couple of smaal pieces of bling and some cargo are stuff.
At the end of the month I intend to tackle the off-road driving lights so if you want to follow my progress, my detailed pictures are located at http://www.rausite.com/hummerh3.htm

I paid $81.00 and some change after taxes at the dealer.
I found them for $65.00 at http://www.h2parts.com.

VERY NICE I LOVE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE@
Hey, great pics! I have a question for you... Now that you've provided instructions for getting the head unit out, I am thinking of installing an auxillerary input myself into the factory head unit for my ipod. What do you think about this? Was there an extra auxillerary input in th factory head unit when you took it out?

There was not a noticeable AUX input on the factory head unit but I have been assured that it does exist and with the proper GM module from someplace like cartoys, it will work.

Klint,
My Internet service provider is Comcast which goes up and down every weekend. I'm looking at replacing my ISP.

Thanks for sharing, you have done some really nice work on your H3. I'm not that brave, I am going to have the dealer add the light bar before we pick it up.

Great write ups. Couple questions on the lights. Is there a problem with the wind noise like the marker lights? Did you use anything to seal next to the windshield? And can the lights be aimed at all?

There was no need to add any sealant. The light bar had it’s own weather stripping on the under side.
As far as wind noise, I can’t quite tell if there is any real noise or not. I think there may be just a little.
The lights can be aimed a little up and down but not much.
