Unburned fuel smell....

When I start it up in the morning, when it's cold, I smell fuel and the exhaust shows slightly black. Nothing at all when it's hot. Anything anyone's heard of?

I get the same thing on my H3 on first cold start of the day. Probably normal. Though these new engines warm up real fast for emissions reasons.
