Ok, not Hummer related, but bear with me.
If the government screws up your W2 and there's no way they can get a corrected re-issue to you by April 15, is this grounds for an extension?

Here is the form, no reason necessary. However you must pay all taxes due. Make your best estimate underpayment will result in penalties and interest.
