just my 2 cents
ordered the rack and LADDER WEEKS ago. The rack has shown up but ladder is no were to be seen and no comunication from there end. For 1800$ i want my hand held all the way through. i didn't even have a tracking number for the shipment ??? @#$* &^%$(*^. think about the gobi just think twice. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Ladders just got completed and are shipping this week. Did you order dirrect on the rack? Or through your dealer or someone else? Send me a PM with your contact info so I can look into this and call you on Wed.
