That seems pretty good. I would say 285 on average.

Best is on my last trip; 378.8 and filled up took 20 gallons.

I have gotten 200 miles in a half a tank.

The gage does not go down proportionally, or at least mine doesn't. It seems to take longer to get to 1/2 then from 1/2 to empty. This is typical of many fuel gages.

Mine seems to go down drastically when I am sitting on a hill. Which makes sense but it doesn't go back up as much (or to where it was).
Maybe there is a hole at the rear top and it leaks out. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I have heard in the past that this is something the engineers program into the gauges to give the impression of better gas mileage. Anybody know if there is any truth to this?
Anywhere from 315 to 325. And I haven't judged the indicator well at all as I usually have about 3 to 4 gallons left in the tank.

Thats another reason if you check your mpg for the top half tank("F" to "H") compared to the lower half("E" to "H"), you'll always show better gas mileage with the top half....your starting with more fuel...Plus it is always difficult to match every time you fill your tank with the exact same amount of fuel...too many factors that can effect it...

with a mix of city and Highway i am averaging around 340 miles on a tank, I havn't pushed it to the out of gas point yet though and the most fuel i have been able to put in so far was 21.7 gallons, I read on here that the low fuel light comes on around the time you have 2.5 gallons left so i have real consistant with that.

11.68 last fill up. I haven't been driving much. Like 2 miles a day to park and ride. I think the cold starts and short trips make a big difference.
I have been getting between 320 and 360 miles per tank.
Pretty good I figure. I am hoping to get as good as 375 miles.

I have a lead foot so it will be interesting to see how long I can go on a tank. I usually do 75-80 in my jeep wrangler the entire 50 mile trip to work everyday, and I will probably do the same in my H3. I will test it out with the first tank for certain.
