Fording and briefly splashing through are two different things.
And nice entry into the forum. Stroking yourself(PoleSmoker) as someone else and arrogant trash talking about someone else's cool pics. Very nice. Take a hike, bitch.

Bridger-
Looks like fun. Can't think of anyplace in California where the econazi's would let me get away with the 'amphibious mode'. Nice ride - welcome to the forum and ignore R2.

Bridger,
Good for you, glad you had fun. You'll find that your H2 can do much more just ease in to it. I started at a Hummer Happening and enjoyed it so much that it has become a new hobby for me. BTW, it looks like you are fording just right i.e. under 5mph, little wake etc. You can kill those engines if water gets in the intake so nice job.

Hey R2,
Look I am the King (or so I like to think) and even I respect DRTYFN.. Look I think we have all wheeled our H2's and while some go overboard and tear them up and some do not, just because you do or you don't have scratches does not make you a wuss.... Lighten up...

Hey thanks for the positive comments guys. I'm having a blast wheeling my truck around. R2, well what can I say, one day I hope to be just as cool as you think you are. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
Just ignore R2, he's a legend in his own mind.
Nice pics Bridger! Keep em coming!

You guys are sensitive!!!! I thought we were one tight group of H2 owners. I did not mean my statement to be taken as a malicious attack.. It was just "a figure of speech" ...having fun and sharing the experience together.
Please forgive my statement. It is refreshing to see people take there trucks off-road. Keep enjoying your truck as I do mine.

I do not know Drtyfn,, and yes he seems to be outspoken.
His first response to my post was an attack in a different message. If he wants newbee's or oldies to respect him he should offer respect!!!! I will not ever take any posts on here serious, especially from someone who is so blatantly hostile to me and other members.
Hey, good rittens to the group of true off-roaders and let’s have fun....Drtyfn, I do not know if you are a wusss.
Let’s be cool and have fun.

What's a "rittens"?
And I'm only a wuss when it comes to tilting sideways into a rock wall on a slippery granite slab. Other than that I like to think I've got 'Nads. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Near Aldie Va, a wide spot in the road ~ 10 miles west of Chantilly. It's on private property. The nearest/best trails for you are in the National Forest west of our area. Check these links...

Bridger, thanks for the info, i just want a cool water crossing pic of my yukon for my collection. I have had the vette for almost 3 1/2 years. I love it. 327/340hp 4-spd, both tops and #'s are matching. probably the one vehicle i would not trade for a hummer.
