I have to say that Burston Marketing has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order exactly two weeks ago and despite two emails (that they never answered) and a direct phonecall to customer service, my order still has not even been processed.
I was told on the telephone that since I am in Canada it takes longer to prepare the shipment and that they are "behind" on international orders.
I have shipped so many items both in my personal life and business career across the USA border and abroad from $1 to $1,000,000 and I know that it is not a difficult process.
Anyhow.. enough belly-aching.. I am really just curious what other H3'ers experience with this company has been?

Never ordered from them before but have heard comments in the past. The catalog is sitting here on my desk, got it in the mail the other day. May have to file it in that circular file cabinet.

They are very over priced, I only wanted to get a hat from there.
I am really starting to think that they do hate us Canucks http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif I sent another email on Saturday asking for a Manager to contact me and gave them my cell phone number and still no response.
I'm tempted to call the BBB since they have my credit card number and don't seem interested in processing my order or responding to me. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

I ordered some items before Christmas and they came without issue. They are a bit spendy and the shipping is outrageous... but other than that, I have nothing bad to say about them.
Good luck.

I have ordered from them many times as has my wife and mom and never any problems that weren't easily worked out.
I will say that there selection is starting to suck. I can not seem to figure out why they make model specific clothing and not brand specific. If I see a shirt I like why does it have to say H1, H2, or H3? It should just say Hummer. They stopped showing my favorite hat so I called them and bought 4 of them that they still had around.

It was the first place that I ordered something for my new H3. The order was approx $200.00, and the checkout process was easy enough. I never received an e-mail, so after a week, I called and talked to customer service. The 2 items I wanted were on back order. The sales person I spoke with (and she sounded like my grandmother) informed me that all was good and that would definitely not charge my credit card until the order was in and shipped. I asked her when she thought they might be in, and her response was "Oh honey, it could be today, or next month. We just don't know." I asked her to cancel the order...she did. No problems doing that. I then called Lynch Hummer in St, Louis, and the 2 items I wanted, were at my doorstep 48 hours later. I have since placed 2 other orders with them as well. Very fast delivery as well. Their customer service is fantastic, and the guys spend tons of time on the phone with you answering questions that you may have. They will also not BS you and try to act like they know everything. I've since learned it's the #1 Hummer dealership in the world. I'll be a regular customer.
Peace

I've placed a lot of orders with them with no problems at all. And, I have worked with their customer service on returns without any issues. I like dealing with them and typically received my items in less than a week. I can tell you that the quality of product is much better than it was with Land Rover, and the prices are the same or better than my local Hummer Dealer. Sorry you had a bad experience.

No havn't used Ramps site but then again it doesn't work with firefox so that sucks.
There are big differences between the major carriers when it comes to handling international shipments. Specify DHL shipping when they're available; they're usually much faster and better getting stuff through Customs than UPS or other standard carriers.

Its not the shipping Im' too worried about.. I'm used to waiting 4+ weeks to get stuff from the US.. it's the fact that they have not even processed my order yet http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif
PS, still no return emails or phonecalls from them.
