Anyone try one of these style brush guards? i have concerns about there design. are they tough/robust or do they flex where the front bolts hold the pieces together? i was at the Hummer dealership the other day doing some paper work and got a funny look from a salesman as i was pulling pretty hard on a factory brush guard(checking the flex) what is the best design to date that allows lamps and maybe even a winch?

That looks like the Aries model. Personally, I like the Manik one from Adventure Accessories. It's also much cheaper than the stock one.

Yep your right it does look better, plus there is a flat piece where mounting lights could be made easier.Price seem's more in tune with what your getting as well......
