I just got the new 2006 H2 brochure in the mail last night. Anyone seen it?

The cover looks very much like charcoal grey, although I think it is a slate blue that has had a little photoshop adjusting of the color balance? Or a pewter that looks very dark?

Also there is a closeup of the Nav system and it has rounded corners and buttons on the right side of the screen. Is this a photo of the pre-touchscreen version (old photo) or is this something new that might be coming out? The wide shot shows the current touch screen, but the closeup was this different model.

Overall the photography inside is really nice.

They also now show ground clearance and approach angles with stansard suspension and air suspension engaged. I don't think this was in the 2005 version??

That is the beautiful and ever-so-glorious '04 Nav system.

Did the dealership send the brochure out or did it come directly from Hummer?

I requested it from the Hummer site.

I have tried three times to get Hummer to send me the brochure and they keep sending the h3 poster and some 8x10 picture cards. Why is it so hard for them to send me the same brochure that the dealer has?

Are they gonna offer that Nav that is shown in the close up in the 06 brochure?

Yesterday, I measured my lowest point of clearance with the 37" tires, which was the front skid plate. Without the airbag engaged, I had 11.25" of clearance. However, with the suspension engaged, I had ... 11.25" of clearance. Hummer obviously f'd up by saying that activating the rear air supsension increases the approach angle. Logically, it could do nothing but decrease it - marginally, of course. The air suspension does increase the breakover angle, which is its main benefit IMO.

I would think it would increase the departure angle slightly as well but I dont see how it could increase the approach. It kicks Assss for towing and I think the air equipped H2's have a slightly better on road ride, especially with four people in the truck.
