What is leaking here???

I'm trying to figure out if the leak is coming from the H2, or from my neighbors stupid-a$$ chihuahua pissing on my tire. The truck has been sitting for about a week and a half.

Haven't messed with the brakes. Wondering if this could be residue from something when I had the lift put on? No puddles in the driveway, so I'm thinking it must be old too.
