I made a video! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif Finally. Well its not the one of Moab that will have to wait awhile. This is a video of last weekend at Paragon with Zazing and a bunch of H1's. It is up now and you would need quicktime player to view it. I left a link for you widozers to download it too. I will put an .avi file up later but only for a little while since the .avi takes up many mbs and I don't have a 5 million googlebytes server at my disposal like Alec.
The link for the movie is http://homepage.mac.com/petrvdl/iMovieTheater3.html
the link to download quicktime player is
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone/
I hope you like it. I did it in about an hour and a half so its a modest offering but it's a start.

Cool VID!
The quality of the vids are getting better and better! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
1 comment though. I watched it twice. The second time I closed my eyes and imagined watching a porno http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_redface.gif.
Do something about the Starsky and Hutch music!

Well as anyone who has done one before can tell you, the audio synching is the toughest part. It just so happened that that Clash song was in my music library and was the exact time as the film.

I know how tough it is to edit these things. But sure has come a long way in quality in a short amount of Forum life.

I know Dennis, http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif besides by mentioning porn and video in reference to my site, you are probably going to get me millions of hits and then I can charge for advertizing. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
OK Here is the link to download the movie as an .avi which I think most everyone can open. If you do it this way its on your hard drive and you should be able to make the window any size you like.peter's download page (http://homepage.mac.com/WebObjects/FileSharing.woa/wa/default?user=petrvdl&templatefn=FileSharing5.html&xmlfn=TKDocument.5.xml&sitefn=RootSite.xml&aff=consumer&cty=US&lang=en)

if anyone is using the avi file let me know whether its working. I can't get it open on the mac. I don't need to waste the space if it doesn't.
avi file didn't work for me. Got an error message "that it was a file that quicktime didn't understand".

Sorry about the file guys. I'm at my parents until Thursday night and won't be able to fix it. These avi are tough to work with the same file that was the 23mb.mov file is a 2gb avi which I couldn't post on my site. I think I screwed up the compression somehow. If you have the quicktime player use it at the first link for now. Maybe I can get this figured out on Friday. Any help is appreciated.

By the way if you get the video up you'll notice I'm using metallic skins that I borrowed from Peter and I was extremely happy with them. The saved my ass on narrow trails and I highly recommend them.
And we put the skins on first then drove 2 hours at 80-90 MPH and they didn't budge.
you would have to pry my mac from my cold dead hands before I would get a PC again!!!
