simply use soapy water, then rinse with clean water, then dry with a clean towel. This will take care of the simple care of your leather-wear in the H2. For stains, I am not sure. That would depend on the stain.

Generally I just use the chamois after drying the truck. Otherwise just a damp rag.

Be carefull of commercial shine-it-stuff. Your seats can become slick and squeeky.

I use Maguire's Leather wipes. The wipes are moistened with leather condition and cleaner. I use them every other month, my seats still look like new.

Lexol makes a leather cleaner. They have a great reputation and have been around for quite some time. That is what I use and have been for years.

I basically don't clean my seats, they are like new. In 14 months I wiped them twice with wet cloth, must admit I wasn't really sincere in my effort. I had a new black color flight suit, prior to the first wash, it left some black color on the driver seat which was easily wiped clean with wet cloth. I am not sure all those leather cleaners and conditioners do any good to the leather.

Another tid-bit: Do NOT use armorall wipes in your H2. This is a re-post--- sorry to repeat. I used armorall wipes in my H2 and before I knew it, every part of the interior(from the doors to the sunroof button) was squeaking like a stuck pig as I drove down the road. Just in case you have already been stricken by this problem, I used a gun lube with Teflon wich totally revearsed the queaks--both inside (and out, too). My ride has been more quite than from the factory ever since. Teflon spray is worth it's weight in gold for squeeks.

I think it would help to lose some weight!! I am speaking for my self. I had more "stress marks" in my Tahoe than I have in my H2 with like use. (about 21,k miles on it now). Maybe it has to do with the cow they used; perhaps they are using some mad cow leather and it just doesn't hold up the same.
