Just got these on this morning....37/12.5/17 Goodyear MT/Rs on 17x9 Eagle Alloy 102s. Total cost: $1905. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif I'm dying to try them out, the Den's flooded so I ran over some curbs at an elementary school. These things ride smoother and quieter on the road than my stock ATs!

Anyone looking for a good deal in the SA area, contact Mac Salas at Discount Tire on Bandera and 1604 (372-9070). This guy bent over backwards to help me out. $255 each on the MT/Rs, BTW.

Looks nice. Those are the tires I am looking at. Went over to 4 wheele Parts today in denver. I'm a little concerned about tire flex when aired down though. That sensor in the back well for the air susp. could be very close to getting broken! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif
that setup looks very nice! i was quoted the same price today also. Keep us updated.

My husband keeps asking me the same thing! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Likely in the fall....I have to find time and transportation in order to part with it for a day.

What changes did you do after adding the 37" tires - calibration wise? How is steering? any vibration?

They look fantastic - I am waiting for more availability and black power-coated stock rims.

So does this mean the best tire ever made, the Goodyear MT/R 37x12.5R17, is again generally available for civilian purchase?!

Absolutely nothing calibration-wise. They did have to re-order one tire since it wasn't balancing correctly, but I haven't noticed a major difference in ride. They actually seem to ride smoother than the stock ATs. I haven't noticed a change in noise levels either, but then again, my stereo's always cranked up. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif As far as steering goes, no changes in that either. I expect to have some rubbing when I take it off-road, but there's no problem with daily driving.

Stacy - Did you adjust the speedometer? What is the different in speed from stock AT and Goodyears MT/R

I've heard it's around 7% difference, which isn't worth the effort.
