I just got my truck serviced at Pflueger Hummer in Honolulu and I'm furious!
I went in to get my Hummer seat recall fixed, have my one year service (minus oil & air filter), and have them find out why I was getting a "service 4wd" alert.
The first time I had them service my car was because the PCM went out.. i lost 3 days of work because they had no loaner.. and they dinged my right door and stained my headliner.
Today they did the service (minus oil & air filter) couldn't figure out the "service 4wd" code co359, and here's the kick in the ass.. they dinged my left door and left the stain on my headliner!
they told me they tried their best to protect my truck then took it to their body shop and buffed out most of the ding but left swirls on my door..as soon as i got home i started working on the ding and brought it down to two little specks.
My wife was also furious and told the service guy that her Honda gets better service from the dealer and her car's a piece of junk.
I hope someone from GM/Hummer reads this because I want to know where else in Hawaii can I go because their service dept here sucks like hell!!

Sorry your dealership sucks. If this helps, with that code you're getting, you probably just need a transfer case shift motor. Tell your dealership to change that and that should cure your problems. Maybe you need to wait on it while they do it and watch it so they don't ding your doors.

Are you handy with a wrench? I do all the basic things myself. I don't have time to have the dealer screw my day up for a tire rotation.

They do warranty things only for me. There has to be another dealer on the island...if not...that really sucks, and no wonder they can treat people poorly.

Gee, I wonder if a concerned citizen dropped them a line via their website's comment form?

It seams strange that the sales manger is contacting an unhappy service customer.

However it is a start and a show of good faith.

Well done Charlie Wong.

Now have your service manager conact this customer I'm certain you have his contact info... http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Yea - I checked the phone number...the exchange is different by one digit...but I hope it is a real thing. It would be nice to see a dealer reach like this!
