powder coated hood handles

I saw some hood handles the other day and forgot to save the link. These handles can be ordered in chrome or powdered coated black. Does anybody know what ones I'm talking about. Does anybody know how these handles are installed??

Try xh2.com or hummerhub.com. They have parts for H3 as well and are reasonable.
