I'm sure this has been kicked around before, but...
What's the liklihood of 0%/60 months on the HUMMERs?
I don't see it happening...vettes are 5.9% right now. I have been able to get 4.25%/60 months right now (not thru GMAC).
I will say they are definitely moving on the price (ie 500-1000 under invoice), but financing from GMAC is still pretty high.
This comes down to a waiting game. I don't see the price improving much bewteen now and september from the prices I've gotten, but will the financing be there?
Thanks for comments

They have been very slow to move an price or incentives. Last evening my dealer told me they opened up the GM Supplier Discount Program to include the H2. It's a start. They also offered me $2000 Dealer Cash on top of the GMS price. But the wife is still not going for it!

I just picked up mine last Tuesday. Hummer of Norwood Mass. is offering 0% for 60 Months. On all H-2's in stock. They had over 50 of them on the lot last week.
Do you know what is the minimum credit score they are looking for?

Ok here we go again...
NO DEALERSHIP is allowed to offer 0% for 60mos. PERIOD... I went thru this with me dealership when I bought second one, also there is not H2 to H2 loyalty cash..I did however get the GM Supplier price (thanks to Jim M) and I did get the $2000 Cash incentive..
If a dealer tells you that they are going to give you 0% for 60mos, get it in writing and call the GM of HUMMER Direct, and listen to what he will tell you... Even if you were able to get it you would have to have a perfect 800 Beacon score.... Mine was close but I still got a great interest on a smart buy...

BADRAP, I hear what your saying but I'm telling you I got 0% for 60 mo's. After my credit check went through they offered me 4.9%. Then after making a few phone calls they dropped it down to their buying rate of 3.25% ( I guess it's who you know) I signed the paperwork for 3.25%. I went home and over the weekend I saw the add in the paper for 0% financing for 60 mo's. Went back to the dealership on Monday and they honored it. It dropped my payments about $50.00 a month and saved me about $2,500.00 for the 60 mo's. Maybe they are not supposed to offer that but they did. Who knows, in the end they made me happy thats all that matters. Thanks for your imput http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Zero percent means nothing if your paying too much in the first place. I bought mice for Supplier price (which is less than invoice) plus got an additional $2K off. I financed a portion of the cost for 3.74% for 60 months.

I agree with you.But they knocked off almost $2000.00 off the sticker price.

Then you did OK. Take my truck at 53,965 sticker that has a 49105 invoice. $2K off sticker at zero percent is about the same as invoice less $2K at 3.74%.
