HID question Delta Bi-xenon or a Projector set-up

I was just curious if someone could shed some light ( no pun intended) on what the big diffrence is between HID projector set-up or HID Bi-xenon set up like the DELTA HIDs? I would like to see beam pattern pics on a wall, garage door or something so I can see were the beam cut off is. Also I want to know how each set up performs off and on road. ( Durabilty, water resistance etc.) Thanks in advance

Normal HID has 1 bulb. A shield covers top half in low beam, and flipped up for high beam.

Bi-xenons have 2 bulbs, one for low beam, one for high beam -- and usually cost a whole lot more.

Bi-xenon setups also have a single bulb that either has a reflector that moves as you mentioned, or in many cases the bulb actually moves in & out of the base to change between High & Low beam. I have the Delta Bi-xenon setup & it works very well.

I've never seen a bixenon with 2 bulbs. Any idea of what company sells that?
I have the projector Bixenons where the shield moves and uncovers the bulb for highbeam.

NJ H2, That's a nice setup. How much did the whole thing cost you. Did they use the stock headlight to retofit?

$1,000.00 however since I was the first H2 they did they may have charged me less $

I was concerned about using the stock headlight housing prior to the retrofit but after they finished and installed it I was very happy. I would guess using a housing made for xenons would be better but at the time (almost 2 years ago) there wasn't any. I was worried the light would be spread out like crazy but as you can see in the above pictures the cut off is fine. I'm very happy with the outcome! Plus, they are great guys at HIDTECH.
BTW, They made an adapter that plugs into the OEM wire harness so this setup can be removed and the old lights can be reinstalled.

Thanks for the reply NJ H2 I might use their kit for the D.I.Y. thing. It can not be that complicated. How ever I was wondering how is the set up mounted in the head light buckets, where are the ballasts mounted, how are the assemblies waterproof and do you have any pics of the install? I also would like any forum member who have the Delta HID setup to post intall and beam pattern pics so I can compare the two setups. Thanks

I don't have any install pics.
The ballasts are mounted next to the side of the lights towards the grill.
