Check out the ebay listing below. It is for a loaded 03 H2 with low miles (with lots of expensive extras). It has a 27.5k$ buy-it-now price.

This obviously sounds like a scam, especially since the seller is restricting buyers to "pre-approved" (whatever that means) plus there are no pics of the ride and the seller states to contact him on his personal email (not the typical "ask a seller a question" that ebay offers. He also has two listing on ebay with the exact same description for the exact same amount. The only odd thing is the seller has a very high ebay rating which started in 2000. The rating would make you think it is legit, but everything else stinks.

Hijacked identity. Report it to eBay.

I report that crap to ebay all the time. I see many of these things going on with motorcycles. Safe Harbor follows up pretty good I guess...

And yet EBay officials refuse to admit that they have a major problem with fraud.http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

This is happening alot. I contact the seller's all the time through the auction, not the e-mail given in the listing, to inform them. The auctions usually get pulled quickly thereafter.
I just don't like seeing people getting scammed.

You can usually QUICKLY find out if it's a scam, just check the sellers feedback for what they NORMALLY buy/sell. If it's not a crap load of vehicles, then SCAM!
