Has anyone here in Phoenix or Scottsdale had the grill redone black line-x or painted to match body color?
Want to have mine done and was looking for a recommended shop.
Thanks

Neo,
sweet piture http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif. tires look great and the grill is perfect. I like the grainy look of the linex as opposed to the job i had done.
banshee,
i also considered having the grill painted to match (matte black) like the rest of the trim, but didn't want the scratches. the coated grill holds up real well to dirt banks, branches and rocks http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif. I would recommend Line-x, based on looks alone. reasurch on spray-on linings also says Line-x is of the best quality. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif post a pic when you decide.

Thanks Neo - I found a line-x dealer here. I have the same color but w/blk brushguard & blk sidesteps...5spd manual. After seeing yours, I'm sold.
Less chrome the better -

Is there any reason to line-x your grill other then it looks good?

I haven't taken the grill off yet.
There is a post about how 2 do it (search Line-X)
Seeing I'm not into chrome I think a black Line-X grill looks great (see the photo) The Line-X should hold up much better then the PLASTIC CHROME
This week i'm going to PAINT my lug nut covers..
Dull black overall and the long oval bright yellow... If it looks good I'l post a photo, if not I'l try something different.

RYD , i want to paint my wheels black also , not sure if i should do it ghetto style and just spray it = easy to touch up when scratched . or spend some coin and have powder coated = look like crap when scraped up . let me know how your center caps come out http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif i may copy you http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
