Wanted - Rear Tire Carrier

Virginia/Washington DC/Maryland (Tri-State) region - looking for a rear mounted tire carrier - anybody? anyone? I've got to do something with this spare tire rolling around the garage constantly rolling over the wife's Honda....you'd never think a woman that stands just over 4 feet high could be so pissed!
