Better reclining front seats?

Anyone ever modify the front seats to recline farther back? Used to own an Escalade and they only recline back a small amount as well. Would be nice to at least get closer to the top of the back seat.

old post rehashed... but has anyone figured out how to modify them to recline farther? its nice to nap on long trips and they just dont go far enough as you all know.. anything?

I'm bumping this thread from the past...I remember reading that someone did something to make the front seats recline farther back but I can't seem to find that thread. Does anyone remember what has to be done to recline the seats farther back in the H2?

I think you go under the seat and locate the screw rod that raises and lowers the back. It should have a block on the screw rod. You need to break it off and seat will recline a good ways farther than it did.
