That don't sound right. My seat memory works fine and I let me H2 sit for weeks at a time. I think it's time for the dealer service dept for you! Good luck! BIG-C

I have the same problem. The dealer even replaced all the modules...no difference.
What I've found that helps is not to interupt the seat by starting the vehicle. If the seat is moving and trying to get to your setting and you start the truck, it sometimes changes the memory or totaly loses it.
I seem to remember a procedure for resetting the seats but can't find it in the search.
I don't use the worthless feature as it has always malfunctioned!

I keep threatening to beat my wife after she drives. :P Kidding of course, but after every time she drives, my seat is always messed up, and I accuse her of screwing around with it!

I pick up my hummer in 2 weeks, so I don't know if it is the same. But on my Navigator, one remote is for seat setting#1 and the other is for seat setting#2. When you unlock the doors, the seats go their memorized position depending on which remote is used to unlock it.

There is a TSB on the remotes both need to be reprogrammed, hope this helps.

I've had issues like that, and discovered that if I set everything the way I want it in memory while in Park, then it all works right.

Drill some screws through the bottom track.
Jamb a 2x4 cedar or oak(nicer finish) behind the lumbar.
these steps will permanently keep your settings.
Or bring it back to the dealership. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I don't agree with Alec or Dennis.
Both of you are on extremes edge in my opinion.

Wrong thread Detonate. I had no opinion just trying to explain how the H2 commercial was JUST fun. Nothing extreme if you read my posts.
Just facts of life. I think my opinion would require you to think.
