Ok, I've begun to get messages that are starting to make me wonder what's really going here.
1. "Traction Failure" "Service Stab Sys" "Service 4x4".... Note: I don't seem to lose traction when these messages flash. Also, the truck icon for (Stabilitrak)dispalys on the control panel. This problem has gone away after shutting down and restarting several times in a row.
2. " Doors not closed" Happens when it get below @ -20 degrees. Might be ice buildup or frozen door switch, I'm not sure. Again, it comes and goes.
Anyone else get these messages?
Thanks again all

Not me, but there are other threads on this. I would get it to the dealer ASAP.
Could be the outside temp, could be the BCM.

I had #1 happen. Had Onstar do a diagnostic but didn't find anything. Brought it in and they replaced the Transfer Case Module thingamagigy (highly technical term).

It can be bad wire connections, low voltage from the battery, clams, etc. Onstar can't help with something like this and it's likely thrown some error codes. The dealer should be able to track down the culprit if you can give a detailed account of when it happened and what was going on (ie - temp., off-road, whatever you think could contribute)
