I'm so confused

I'm looking at the PIAA lights for the front grill guard. There seems to be different types (ie: 520, 550 etc). Can anyone in plain english tell me the difference and/or which ones you would recommend?

I've got four 520 and a pair of 1500XT. PIAA's web site goes in to good detail about each light.
