Places to Ride an ATV?

I'm looking for a place to ride my ATV's that close to the Richmond area.
I'm in ShortPump, Va, and see alot of great places to ride, but they are all private land.
I'm looking for somewhere close to drop and ride!
I would love some dune riding for my 300ex, but trails/mud are fun for the Rancher!

Found a couple of places to ride around Va if anyone is interested. There is a place in Surry(about 1.5 hour drive from Richmond), and a track in NC about another 30mins from there. Here's the link.
