thanks all , its just the DUPLI-COLOR spray on bed liner stuff . i think ipe turned us on to it or was it tgl ? i saw kens in Moab and he gave me the masking pointers :D i scuffed them up with scotch brite the same prep as my wheels .

NEO...speaking of your wheels, how did they hold up in Moab? I was waiting to hear before I thought about doing it.

wheels held up great scuffed one on hells gate , its not very bad can probably go 12 months no problem between touch up coats . going back in aug. with Bebe and a Cali group . if i can get two Moab trips in without repainting i would say they worked GREAT . will be doing Pismo Dunes next month , i havent had them in sand yet . but holding up great to car washing , drying , etc. :D

Old chrome hood handles are now black. They reflected sun in my eyes when I drove anyway:rolleyes:

Looks good!

I wanted black handles, mirrors and step rail but couldn't find one in Southern California with sun roof and side air bags. Oh well.

that looks cool. I had thought about pulling off all the badges and leaving them off when I did my blacked out hummer but I like how they look painted.
