Great kids room. I painted my babies room myself. Flowers and butterfies. And put up a real picket fence on one wall. It really turned out cute. Something she can keep for a few years. My 5 year old thinks she is too cool for all of that "Baby stuff" she thinks she is 13.

Great house. Can you move it to Mississippi for me?

Then where would we live whenever we get back to Colorado? :o
Post some pics.;)
Wife did the bunnies and I did about half the rest. It's pretty easy when you use a projector (put book page on projector, outline, and color). I wanted to put giant dino-bunnies with fangs coming over the mountains, but that was vetoed.:(
Here's what Ryan's room looks like (as of about 15 months ago) at the Fairfax house.

Thornton. Near 120th and Holly. That's why it is so "affordable". Its in Thornton. I grew up in Thornton (smaller house, but still) if that tells you anything about the people there. ;)

That one's probably more like $8K per month. If you sell that over-priced Xterra you might be able to afford it.;)

x2.

Funny story: Once about 6 months ago, after he tooted, I called him "Mr. Tootie" and he laughed hysterically. Then he started calling himself that in similar circumstances. One day at dinner, he did something smart, and I said "Are you Mr. Smarty?" He looked at me and said, in all seriousness, "No! Mr. Tootie!" with a tone like "You're my own dad, and you don't even know who I am."

Just rented for $1650 - about $200/mo above market I think. Should have asked for more. It's not vacant until July 1, and I rented it within hours of advertising it.

I bet you could have gotten more out of your's...but as long as they don't trash the place I wouldn't complain.

Larger houses are going for less. I was only hoping for $1550, but they jumped at $1650. Partly, I think, because (small world) the wife grew up a few blocks from our house, they know and like one of our Thornton neighbors (retired Marine Aurora Police Officer), and they're pretty well off. They are trying to sell their $1M plus home in Ohio. They expect it to take a year and don't want to buy until they sell. so, they're renting that one for a year while they try to sell.
I think they're perfect tenants. Our mortgage is only $1,570 - locked into a no-money-down, 5%, fixed 30-yr VA loan in '03.:D So, we're already making a profit in 3 years. It's also appreciating, and they're paying off our mortgage. I love the property game.:D

I like Parker because a lot of it has very nice views.
