At first i thought the edges of the rim things had dirt or something, but when i tried to wash it off it wouldnt come off.
It looks like the edges have chipped off but when i run my finger over the spots it feels smooth.
Is it possible that the edges can be corroding "underneath the surface" or something?! cauze they feel smooth. I have no idea what is going on.
Is this happening to someone else? If yea, has anyone had dealer replace? I dont offroad, just city/highway driving.
Please help, cause this is freaking me out! Thanks!

As long as it's still under warranty, the dealer should replace them!
IMO

X2, then I would try to buy them back real cheap so you can powder coat them :D

Some times the rim will discolor under the clear coat then finally start to open to the elements, kind of like bubbles in paint, have them replaced it won't get better just worse!

Did you go through a car wash with the wheel brushes? It could be that the brushes had something stuck in them that beat up the edges of your wheels.

No, i wash it by hand. and i dont offroad or anything like that, so no rock hitting or scrapping them, which leads me to think its not anything i did, at least i hope so. Ill see me dealer in a couple of weeks, hope they help out.

I was just at the dealer where i got my H3 and pointed out to them the same problem. They are under warrenty, whats wierd is my spare wheel was rusting so they are going to replace that but as of right now they are not replacing the 4 wheels that are on the truck.
hope this helps
