can anyone tell me if the cat back system made by flowmaster has a drone inside the cab at a certain rpm? i currently have the magnaflow but at 1500 rpm the drone is really bad. i know the flowmaster system comes with a resonator plus a muffler. thanks in advance.

Mine doesn't do that unless the Under Carriage Protection is mashed up into the exhaust crossover pipe, then it sounds like hell inside the cab. Like it does now.:)

Realistically I think you get that no matter what brand. Some are better, however. I have a Corsa on my Yukon and had a Corsa Sport in our Pewter H2. The drone you describe was far less than the Flowmasters I've had but still you get that resonance at certain RPM's no matter what.

I have the Corsa Touring and have not had to deal with the described drone, at any speed.

If the windows are open at hwy speed you'll hear the exhaust system, tire noise and the annoying fuh2 idiots, and of course under acceleration (which sounds very cool) but then if there is any drone it's being covered up by the sounds of the supercharger. :D

Like it does now.:)You don't have it mashed up well enough then. You need to go out and mash it some more so that it is very tight against that crossover so that it doesn't rattle any more.;)

Forgive my IGNORANCE, but what exactly is a DRONE? My Magnaflow makes a kinda weird vibrating noise @2100 RPM's, but ONLY when it's cold:confused:
