Below is Brians response. Sounds promising?
Hi Tommy,
I just wanted to expand on my reply; we get discounts on the winch and mount based on volumes too. So again, if you can get a commitment from your other owners so we can have a total number you would buy, we can definitely quote a volume price. There is very little room under five. Maybe a little, but not a lot.
Regards,
Brian.

You should also check with Phil at Trail Duty and see what he can do on that setup.

You talking to the right man. PhilD is Phil from Trail Duty that I mentioned above. Just search around and you will see what a great reputation Trail Duty has around here.

ok I still really want one!!! I know there's more people that want to wheel alone with out having to worry about getting stuck. Let's get a few more people together and get a few hundred off the warn 9000 package. Wireless remote is included as well as a cable remote. The housing is 3/8" steel instead of the 1/8" that on your 3 now.

DOI - T-Max EW9000 - 3/8" x 80' Syn Line - Aluminum Fairlead = $1350, add $95 for wireless remote.
Thanks Phil! That's Sweet! Now that, combined with a 50 foot 3/8" Syn line extension and two huge snatch blocks (20000 lbs or higher) would pull a stuck H1 out of mud with it mired to the frame rails...providing the H3 is anchored properly to begin with.
This provides your best combination of a good winch, line that's rated to at least 26000 break strength, and the ability to pull nearly anything out short of needing a military wrecker.
And for me, since my MileMarker Hydraulic on my H1 uses 3/8" line as well, I get the economy of scale having the ability to use the same accessories. That's Cool!

Trail duty has the DOI setup without wireless remote for $1225 on the website http://trailduty.com/products/doi/index.html. How much are remotes by themselves?

Phil,
Is that a group buy price or good for quantity of one? I'd be up for that.
Thanks,
Jim

Sorry, I've been in HI for two months and have not seen my Hummer. I'll be returning to CA Aug 16th. Got a gobi ladder waiting for install.. Those 20" wheels and BFG's 35's are going to make getting the ladder installed tricky.. We shall see....;):D
