I know in the past there were issues with some on the rancho lift. Since its been out for awhile has anyone who has installed it had any issues?? How's it holding up? Would you do it again? etc.........................

HummerLV - ?'s on the H3 lift
What wheel/tire combo? Backspacing?
Do you wheel the H3 and air down the tires?

There was an article in this month's FourWheeler magazine about the H3 Rancho lift. They fit BFG AT 37x12.50R20LT tires on black 20.8.5 Zyoxx ZX2 wheels with no rubbing. very cool.
They said the early versions of the kit actually reduced articulation because of a "higher-rate leaf spring package along with excessive jounce bumper interference". But the latest kits correct the problem. Rancho will even replace the early kit parts with the new ones if the buyer wants.

Doing a little research and found that Hummerlv had pro comp 7089 rims 17x9. Offset/backspace 4.75. Had about 1/2 clearance from the tire to the Knuckle.
As for airing down, and wheeling?????????????

I've wheeled with him when he was driving his H2, which was one killer H2. I've seen photo's of the 3, and I think it kicks arse too.
I'm sure he's wheeled it. How it does, we can only assume it's better than the 2:D :D :D :D :D

Just for the hell of it I just called RC on their kit and guess what. The same crap I was told 6 mo ago. The 3" will be availabe next week. He said they received production parts yesterday and were going over it to make sure it is suitable. I kinda got in his Sh... and told him I am tired of being told the same crap every time I call.
Asked why they sold the Yellow H3 and he said it belonged to the engineer that used to work for them.
I don't think I can hold out much longer and am probably going to go with the rancho kit.
