Finally my own Hummer

After 4 month waiting and a loaner which broke down I have finally recieved my own.

The only positive thing about the wait is that the dealer put the GOBI rack on, almost for free. :D

I have just changed the head unit to a Kenwood DDX-7025 (same as ddx-7015). The swoop was pretty easy thanks to all the help from this forum, and a special thanks to Klaus for supplying a very good instruction on how to disasemble the instrument panel.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW YOU GAVE ME INSPIRATION LOL. MY WAIT JUST BEGAN ON FRIDAY JUNE 16..... I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A HUMMER CUZ AM ONLY 21 WITH LIMITED CREDIT HISTORY FOR FINANCING. SO HONDA MOTOR CREDIT SAID... TAKE A HONDA AND BUILD UP YOUR CREDIT FOR THREE MONTHS THEN LETS SEE HOW U DO WITH YOUR PAYMENTS.. IF I MAKE MY PAYMENTS ON TIME... No the wait was because of the dealer here in Denmark. I ordered the car for delivery on the 1 jan 2006, but then i got delayed until feb.

Then, the car, the dealership received in feb, was not the one I ordered. There where no Sunroof, and no air suspension.

But they loaned me the "wrong" car so I could start driving a Hummer :)

Then 1 day before I was to get my own hummer the loaner broke down with a transmission failure that have never been seen in Denmark before "we don't have a lot af Hummer's here" but the transmission stayed in hi-lock even though the indicator said Hi-Unlocked ??

I really haven?t tried without them, the car was delivered with them on, they seems nice and I can have the window down without having my papers flying around in the car
