I have seen them on ebay(usually an exchange deal). You can also have it polished by a machine/metal shop or even a PCer/Chromer should be able to do it or know who could do it for you. Look in your phone book and get some quotes. You can also polish it yourself, but its a messy time consuming job.

note: If you want to bling it and have it be more lasting and durable you will have to opt for having it chromed.

Beware of the chrome!
Chroming the skid plate is a bad idea for the simple fact that road debris will chip the chrome. I have a skid plate that someone had chromed and then tried to have me fix it.
It looks like crap after only a few months on the road and it was less expensive to supply him with a new mirror polished core than strip and re-polish the chrome one.
I am still doing polished skid plates and have cores used for exchange.
Your skid plate must be dent free to be accepted for exchange.
I have done several skid plates for users of this forum and have 100% positive feedback from them all.
Here is one of the many thank you threads with pics

I'm also in the market for a "Bling-ing" front skid plate and I agree with James Lee's reply to avoid chrome due to the chipping problem. I hav'nt purchased one yet but the following is a list of web sites I've located who offer polished aluminum front skid plates:

www.brightlee.com - So far from what I've seen on the web, he's on the top of my list as of now.

www.socalsupertrucks.com - Part #CSTCSS-H29- ; Price $249.95

Hope this helps! Let me know what one you purchase.
