I am just as pleased as HummBob is. I got the Denali finish and it just blows you away. Pictures do not capture the look, you have to see this yourself.

Stuart is a great guy to do business with. He shipped fast, as soon as the parts were ready (my kit was done after I ordered it). About two weeks and well worth the wait.

I had some questions about changing the steering wheel and Stuart talked me through the change right over the phone ON A SUNDAY!! What a guy.

If you do this to your Hummer plan for 6 hours or so, unless you have taken a dash out of a Hummer before. There is a learning curve. I could do another one in 2 hours or less - but the first one takes some time.

I have several pictures of the project but they seem to be too large for this forum. I will post some when I can take smaller pics. If you want to see a large pic, e-mail me. I sent several pics to Stuart, also, so he may be able to send them to you . Maybe he will post them on his site soon. I think it is oemdash dot com if I remember correctly.

I just wanted to let you all know that Stuart is for real and great to do business with. He also sells an outstanding product!!

Got to agree with the other two guys. Stuart is great to work with. I bought a set from him at the Hummer homecoming and he had his son install it. Could not belive the difference it made. Look at the picture.

I would also like to extend my thanks to Stuart for the excellent quality & service I received on my Carbon Fiber parts! He took my calls and emails with highest priority.

I had lots of items done in carbon fiber from Stuart. He has done my engine cover, under hood fuse cover, Airaid Intake Tube, complete dash kit, Window Control Bezels, Door handle filler plates, complete shifter & passenger grab bar in carbon fiber, and steering wheel in caron fiber and gator leather.

I am so pleased with the outcome, that I am also going to have him to the Door handles in gator and Door Handle Surrounds in Carbon Fiber as well.

Stuart is offering members of this forum good pricing, so if you are considering doing this I would recommend him and even to my Mother!

Stuart's original post (first page of this thread) quoted $690 for the 6 piece set. There is a core charge of $400 - $500 (I forget) that he will give back once he receives your parts.

That reminds me: Hey Stuart, I'm going to get mine boxed up and shipped this weekend.

If you are interested in one of these kits order it next week. I am sending Stuart some PERFECT cores back which you may get for your rig. They are out of a new 06 with 2k miles on them and they are flawless!! They are not as good looking as the kit I bought from Stuart, but they are great cores and will make a dandy kit for the next guy.

You pay Stuart UP FRONT $690.00 for the NEW DASH - PLUS $480 as a deposit on your OLD dash pieces(core)!

The "Core" deposit money, is just that, a DEPOSIT. Once you install your NEW DASH, you send Stuart BACK your OLD core/dash and he REFUNDS you the $480.

So you ACTUALLY pay $690.00:cool: WELL WORTH IT!!;)

$690 for the new dash kit PLUS $480 core charge = $1170 you send to Stuart with your order. Then you wait for your new dash to arrive (quickly).

Once you get your new dash you install it and box your old parts up and send them to Stuart. After he receives them he inspects them for reuse. If all the parts can be reused he sends you the $480 core charge back. BE SURE to save the packing material, you will need it to send your cores back.

So in a nutshell, you lay out $1170 and after everybody gets thier stuff, you end up spending $690 and have a dash in your Hummer that EVERYONE who sees it will love!!!

Along with all this you will also get some very good and personilized service from Stuart, including any tech help you may need to do the install. He kept me informed about the progress of my kit via e-mail and phone (my kit was manufactured after I ordered it). Once shipped, Stuart sent tracking info so that I could watch it's progress as it traveled accross the country. Stuart even called me to be sure it arrived in good shape and to see if I was pleased with my purchase. Now tell me ANY OTHER business that does that!!

This is the best "BLING" job I have seen for the H2 so far. And it's "BLING" that you can enjoy every minute you are in your machine. Not just when it's parked.

I will try to get a new part and send it to you for the Denali treatment. That way I won't have to drive around with a bunch of wires and switches hanging down for 3 weeks!!

It really doesn't matter what color of console I buy if it is going to be treated with Denali does it??

Seriously mowdoc, the wires all nicely tuck into the headliner. It's been 2 weeks, and not a single wire has fallen down. Like I said, the ONLY inconvienience is not being able to use the sunroof and having to use the garage door remote. DO IT!!! :D

If I am not mistaken it does not include the rear console or the dash cluster. :confused:

Thatis correct. If you can take it off and it is less than 7' we can do it. There are of cource a few items I would not recomend.:D

Swapping the wheel is a very simple procedure. After having done it once, I'd bet I could do it now in about 10 minutes. Go for it and good luck! :D

I am expecting Neil's cores back. As soon as I get them I can do the Denali in about 1 week. Window power pads I have. Anything else you would have to send me. I got the same thing from my wife when I wanted a boat. After I bought it she used it more than me.
The dash she did not want ether. It was a waist of money, but now when I take hers out and sell it and put the original back in shee throws a fit. In fact she just informed me that she is going to strip the screws so I cant take it out any more.:(

Do as MOWDOC. He went to a GMC dealer nad looked at at Denali. It's the same finish as 2006 and older.

Hey KenP,

Tell the wife that the Denali is very hard to capture in a photo. There is NO purple at all period. To date, the only pix I have were taken in the garage with flash. The finish is clear coated and very smooth. This causes the "sparkle" she sees in pics. In real life it looks "wet".

The Denali is a pretty dark color and in daylight is beyond description. At night is looks more like piano black and the grain is not very noticeable.

I HIGHLY recommend you visit a Denali dealer and have a look at this finish. In the Denali vehicle there is only small areas finished with this wood look but you will clearly see what it looks like. The dash Stuart sells contains much more area and as I said, will blow you away in the daylight.

I was down to my Hummer dealer shortly after installing the dash and could not get out of there because all the salesmen were all over my H2. They were bringing the ladies out of the office and mechanics from the shop to have a look. Everyone that sees my dash comments on it. They forget they are in a Hummer but always talk about the dash.

Wait a minute. Forget all that. The Denali dash sucks so stay away and I'll have the only one!! :giggling:

Sorry man, I sent the sample back to Stuart already. It's really tough to get a good quality pic of this stuff. I will tell you it's exactly what i was looking for and matches the interior perfect.

If you have seen one of the interiors on a limited edition H2, it better quality that their dash kit. IMO, that dash kit is very nice too.

My stuff should be shipped in another week. I'll take some pics and post them up.

Stuart is an artist. The work I have seen at his place is great quality. He even offered to help me put it on.

Since somebody is waiting for cores, I have started taking things apart ,Stuart (thanks to the tutorial on the center console) ,and I have put the harness for the bluetooth behind the stereo already.
I have the rear console off, the center is off , the sides are easy, so I was thinking that maybe we can do it tomorrow at around 5:00 pm if you have the time.

Job done. Totally awsome !! We were done in about an hour and a half.

As I said, Stuart is a class act. I am impressed. High quality products and very nice guy too. My H2 looks 1000% better now.

Next, we need to do the door handle inserts but that will require some ingenuity since they don't just come off and are plastic welded in the door panels. Stuart thinks that it can be done. I trust him. Now I have to take the pannels off and give them to him for a week (when I take a vacation).

Hey gang, figure this out... Stuart's wife drives the Hummer, an all decked out 05 Pewter ( she is a very nice lady, BTW) and he drives a Tahoe.. Well he needs to come to his senses and get an SUT I think ... He would look good in that.

Got everything installed today! :perfect10s: The quality is hands down a 10! so was the price. Plan on three to four hours for a complete installation and boxing up your cores parts to send back.

Everything showed up (except my steering wheel wich is on the way now).:D

The harest part was getting those damn cig. lighters out. A rubber hammer works well. I only broke one tab, but installed it back in anway. Once you put the cig lighter back in teh bezel it makes it snug enough where it won't go anywhere. The reason it broke was i forced it by hand. The quick blow of a rubber mallet, solves all the problems though. The other 5 took less than 10 minutes to do.

I'll get some pics up on Thursday or Friday. i ordered the Black Diamond plate. When the dash is in the shade it looks black (a wet paint black! It really shines!). When the sun hits it, the diamond plate pattern jumps out at you. So it's not a distinctive pattern you always see. Which is why I like this style the best.

My driver's side vent has two aftermarket switches built in to control off road lights...

I just did a yellow one over Christmas for a guy in Orlando. We did the Gauge surround and the center of the airbag surround in Piano black to break up the yellow. It looked sweet.

This would ne the pricing:
6 piece set $595.00
steering wheel $295.00
S&H $ 45.00

Total $935.00

I checked with my dealer and the retail for the vent and gauge surround is $167.34. If you buy the set from me I will get them for you @ $122.00.

I have a 2006 H3. Do you have dash parts? I want a brushed Aluminum piece for the air vents. Sems they stopped short when they did the dash. I am interested in some other parts as well, hoever, that is the main one I want.

I got mine from Stuart and infact went to his location and he installed it all. I can not say enough about how nice and professional he is. My H2 is Desert Sand and frankly I couldn't becide what I really wanted. Stuart recommended Desert Sand in carbon fiber. It is awesome. I got front and back done and overhead controls, side contols and even have the K&N air cool filter assembly done. 41202
