cool.
I was sent to Sydney, Australia in Nov 05 for work. (Wish they did that again!), but one weekend, was walking around downtown sydney, and a few streets were blocked off. Went to take a look and saw a bunch of cars with "Metropolis" license plates! They were setting up to shot a scene for the movie. After about 15 minutes..."Action"...people scurried about the intersection and that was it. Never saw anything like that before so it was neat. I wonder if it made it to the final cut. One thing you might not see, is that most of the cars were aus, so the steering wheels were on the right side. :)

Supermans A wimpy little tights wearing freak, sticks and stones may break my bones but one little rock can kill him. The only real superman is Christopher Reeve, proved on and off camera. God rest his soul. In all seriousness though can't wait to see it.

I remember when I first saw Chris as superman at the theater in Breckenridge. The good old day, sure miss them :(
The original Superman was the first movie I can remember seeing at a theater. It was much more enjoyable than the second one I remember, Close Encounters of the Third Kind...couldn't sleep for days.:(

They didn't, but they could have reversed all text, and then just flipped the images to make the vehicles appear to be LHD. I would have done something rediculous like that as director. It would have bugged me to know someone might pick the RHD thing up.
I made it a point to look for the RHD sterring wheels and didn't spot a single one. Won't know for sure until the DVD comes out and I can review the movie frame by frame.:D
