Local 12 has learned that DNA evidence links a Hamilton County inmate to a bizarre sex act at UC's library. Last month, a 23-year-old woman fell asleep at the library. When she went to put her shoes on to leave she noticed a substance in her shoe. Police say someone sexually gratified himself in the shoe. DNA was sent to the Hamilton County Crime Lab. UC Police say the DNA matches Kenneth Johnson. Formal charges are expected to be filed Monday.
