PARAGON

Thanks to Gobi and Trail Duty once again.
I got a Gobi stealth to be able to get into my garage. Also, I really have an aversion to the little rectangular lights that Gobi has designed for the front of the Stealth, so I decided to figure something else out so I could get much more light output up there. Me being so worried about what my truck looks like, I decided to get some more PIAAs (I have 4 520SMRs on the front). Since I don't like the output of the 520s, for something like the rack, the 580s were the only choice.
They obviously can't mount where the little rectangular lights would mount, so I had decided once everything came in and I saw what I had, I would fab me up some brackets to move the lights just forward of the rack and also down just off the roofline.
Little did I know that the brackets that hold the wind deflector work really well for this plus I wasn't going to be able to use the deflector since I woud have the lights there. I've got some tweaking to do to the brackets to get them just right and need to align the lights some but it works out pretty good. The top of the lights might be an inch or so above the top of the rack. The should provide very little, if any glare off the hood since they are mounted so low and the 580s rock.
