Just started this afternoon. Sounds kinda like rubber on rubber or rubber on plastic. Usually only when I brake hard or go over a bump.

Luggage area, or could it be from one of the rear doors? I had the Styrofoam type squeaking on my Utah trip over rough roads.

I know what rubber on rubber on plastic sounds like, but not rubber on rubber on rubber on plastic. Sorry I couldn't help!;)

Well you guys obviously aren't any help. :D

I'm going to the dealership tomorrow anyways. Maybe they can figure it out.

I know I know.

I have the same thing.

It is rubber on plastic.

Check the side compartment in the back on the PSSD. Tose two little rubber things on top that hold the door closed. Tighten them up. Do the same on the compartment foor to where your jack is.

It worked for ours.

Well I just dropped it off at the dealership. I'll let you guys know what they find.

F5 and Timgco, thanks for the ideas.

So I got my truck back from the dealer this afternoon. They looked in the back of my truck and determined the noise was coming from a set of Toyo 35's that were crammed in there. :D

So they went ahead and mounted them and cranked the t-bars a couple turns. All is well again. :D

Is the road noise/howling of the 35" tires supposed to drown out the weird noise?:D Too bad I made my oil change appointment for next week, otherwise I might have seen the rig.

Actually its worse. The stockers are back there now and they have more room to bounce around. :D
