This Adam Smith guy sounds like a real PITA!!! To have a block captain as a stalker?! WTF???;)

Adam Smith is the guy everybody in the neighborhood sees. He walks his dog, a 130 pound great Pyrenees around the blocks and pays attention to details: who leaves the garage door open, who has open windows while they are not home. He drives a large black Hummer.

He makes note and sends them an e-mail explaining how open garage doors are the root of most crime in Douglas County. Sometimes he calls, after looking up the property owner in county records.
Busybody? Nope, Stalker.
