What are you trying to wire? When I installed my side work lights on my roof rack I went through the rear roof lights and down to the tail lights. I drilled a few holes and RTV them when done. Easy, but when I pulled the plastic pieces that are around the rear speakers, one of the tabs broke. No big deal because there are more than one, but a lot of these tabs are good for a one time installation and if you aren't carefull then...snap!
Do you mean the trim over the rear wheel wheels in the rear cargo area? If so I'll dig up some trim removal diagrams instructions. It's a little more involved than you think so if you are just trying to get wires to the rear end or roof (as BDPJR) suggests, there are better ways than removing this trim. Let me know.

If I understand you correctly, you got a traffic director light bar and you want to mount and wire it.
Your best bet - draw from your existing light bar wiring in the front, mount the traffic director on the back of your roof rack, and then use the same method of running the light control into the vehicle using the existing light bar run.
