today i got a flat as there was a screw in my tire... with the weight of the H2 does everybody think its ok to just patch the tire and use it?

i was thinking about just getting a new tire, but don't want to have to spend the cash if i don't have to.

It might throw the rest off balance, you might want to just put screws in the other ones.

Where was the screw?

Tread area = patch and plug
Sidewall = screwed....literally.

We had a plug in one of the tires on our old H2 and never had an issue.

Yep, plug it. Safe t seal type self-vulcanizing plugs work well.

Thank goodness for plugs. It seems that almost ever car that I have had has had at least 1 plugged tire at any given time. Never had any issues.

plugging is easiest. patching from the inside is probably the best:)
